Operating specifications for fully automatic terminal machines

1. Turn on the power switch of the terminal machine and the power indicator light is on.

2. Pay attention to whether there is any obvious abnormal sound inside and outside the machine. If there is a suspension operation, ask the mechanic to determine whether it needs to be repaired.

3. Selecting the knife to be loaded: It is operated by the designated personnel. Before the tool is loaded, it must be manually compared with the selected blade. If the comparison is correct, the knife can be loaded. After the tool is completed, the hand test must be used. First, the power of the terminal machine is turned off. Press the touch button to shake the main driven wheel with a special wrench to make the terminal machine press stroke to the maximum. If the hand is not moving, consider whether the pressure is too large or other problems, check and debug to OK. Before each operation, check each locking screw and confirm that it is not loose.

4. Loading: Install the terminal that needs to be hit. Use the inner hexagon wrench to adjust the feeding pressure plate so that the terminal can pass easily. Check whether the feeding position is suitable. If not, adjust it and use the inner hexagon wrench to loosen the feeder lock. Tightening the screw, turn the adjusting lever to adjust it to the best condition, then lock the feeder locking screw to start the operation.

5, test pull: After adjusting the machine OK, take the waste wire to test, pull the test, the main reference value see the "pull test comparison table" specific operation method is as follows, press the pull test zero key to adjust to zero, will need to test The terminal wire is clamped and tested. If the measured tension is not within the standard range, the mechanic should re-adjust until the standard value is reached.

6. The trial production 10PCS sends IPQC to confirm the first piece, and the test is OK before mass production. During the production process, the operator must self-test whether the terminal is covered with rubber, hanging neck, etc., and the terminal is made every 1 hour. Pull test.

7. After the production is completed, arrange good and waste products, and clean up the environmental sanitation around the machine.
